League Rules and Conduct Guidelines for OJ's White Bronco Fantasy Sports League

1. Code of Conduct

All participants in OJ's White Bronco Fantasy Sports League are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with one another. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Participants should communicate in a manner that fosters positivity and camaraderie, upholding the integrity of the league community.

2. League Membership

Participation in the league is contingent upon the payment of the specified entry fee, which must be submitted by the designated deadline. Each member agrees to comply with the league’s rules and decisions made by the League Manager.

3. Communication Platforms

League discussions will primarily take place on the designated Discord server. Members are encouraged to utilize this platform for discussions related to trades, waivers, roster changes, and general league information. Participants are expected to engage constructively, ensuring that all comments adhere to the league's Code of Conduct.

4. Roster Management

Each team manager is encouraged to regularly check waivers and make trades to improve their roster; however, regular roster movement is mandatory. Teams that remain inactive, referred to as "dead teams" or ghost roster managers, will receive one warning before removal from the league without a refund. Managers must remain engaged and proactive in managing their rosters to maintain league integrity.

5. Trades and Waivers

All trades must be submitted to the League Manager for league-wide approval. The League Commissioner will observe all trades and holds ultimate veto power to ensure fair play. The waiver wire operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, and participants must adhere to the designated blind bidding or priority claim system as specified by the league.

6. Scoring and Standings

Scoring for the league will involve slight adjustments to promote higher scoring outcomes, enhancing the overall excitement of gameplay. Participants are encouraged to review the league scoring settings upon joining, as some scoring may change with the implementation of certain challenges throughout the season. It’s crucial to remain informed about these details to optimize team performance.

7. Mid-Season Challenges

Mid-season challenges are mandatory for all league members. The points and rules associated with these challenges will be communicated in advance, with participants expected to comply fully. Failure to participate without valid reasoning may result in penalties.

8. Anti-Tanking Policy

Tanking, defined as the act of giving up or showing a lack of interest in competing, is strictly prohibited in OJ's White Bronco Fantasy Sports League. This includes any attempts to manipulate trades or lineups for the sole purpose of undermining competition. Any manager found neglecting their team, intentionally underperforming, or engaging in trades that pay players or teams without a fair exchange will face immediate expulsion from the league without a refund. 9. Amendments to Rules

The League Manager retains the authority to amend these rules as necessary to maintain fairness and integrity within the league. Any changes or amendments will be communicated promptly to all league members, ensuring transparency and compliance.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute among league members, participants are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution is not attained, the League Manager will act as the final arbiter, and their decision shall be deemed binding.
